Case study 04 · Work in progress
Loyalty that
moves with you.
This is a partial case study for an active 0→1 project. It documents the current product direction while the experience is still being designed.
01 · Context
Features did not yet make a product.
The starting brief included points, missions, festivals, rewards, store selection, product search, payment, complaints, shopping lists, identity, and a large admin surface.
The project is still in progress. The sections below represent the work completed so far: system framing, experience principles, and an early direction for the home experience. Detailed flows, validation, and final outcomes are not complete yet.
02 · System map
Connect value across moments.
The ecosystem was organized around four loops rather than isolated feature groups.
Identify
Phone, national ID, and profile levels connect a customer to in-store behavior.
Prepare
Branch-aware product discovery and shopping lists support the trip before checkout.
Shop
Barcode payment, invoice changes, and live points close the store experience.
Return
Missions, coupons, festivals, and expiry cues create a reason to come back.
Identity → Shopping → Value → Return
03 · Principles
Loyalty must feel useful now.
Lead with immediate value
Show points, active missions, available rewards, and the selected branch at a glance.
Keep context branch-aware
Availability, price, and shopping lists change with store selection.
Translate rules into progress
Make every point model and mission condition understandable before purchase.
Design admin logic with the experience
Festival rules, coupon limits, reporting, roles, and banners shape what customers see.
04 · Direction
A home built around the next useful action.
The proposed home prioritizes identity at checkout, live progress, and relevant benefits—not a catalog of everything the platform can do.
05 · Work remaining
What comes next.
The project is not finished. Next steps include completing detailed journeys, resolving service and operational dependencies, testing the priority flows, and defining a measurable launch baseline.
